Unforgettable experience at Korfos Pearl

Everything since the first day: kindness of the staff and the early check-in already at 12 without charges. Also eveyday cleaning service was super with new soft towels replaced without asking. The receptionist staff was super kind, they provided us everything we needed, coffee capsules, shower gel and even an adapter for my laptop to work remotely. The room was superb everything pretty new and super clean with super comfy beds and pillows. Also the bathroom was superb with a big shower box, not common at all for this prices in Mykonos and Cyclades more in general where they normally have curtains and all the bathroom gets wet. We had a giant private balcony and parking just in front of our apartment. Finally, they helped us with taxis and buses when we had to drop off our rented motorbike. In 5 times in Mykonos this was the best structure at an incredible quality price ratio. Moreover, if booked directly maybe the price could be even lower…finally a good fridge and wardrobe, there was really space for everything as it was pretty big. Last but not least super quiet location, where you can sleep properly even after a night out coming back in the morning from clubs. Also you cannot hear anything from the neighbouring rooms, which is almost impossible to find at these prices in Mykonos. The shower was super with a very high pressure and good thermal regulation with the option of the fixed or mobile shower, highly appreciated as there is no bidet as anywhere else than Italy. The location is next to Korfos and Ornos beaches, two of the best of the island. There is also a Greek restaurant with good prices nearby, together with Ornos bakery which is open 24 hours. Finally there is a fast food nearby, not the best but really in front of the structure if needed. Also Wifi was working properly and wast good both to work and chill. Both of us could connect and faced no issues during the whole stay. Even charging devices was not an issue as there were many sockets, one outside

We had a very pleasant stay at Corfos Pearl. We felt very at home, quiet and relaxing but still close to all locations,

The location is perfect. Very quiet area, but still
Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, bus stop and Mykonos town.
Rooms are brand new, super spacious, cleaning was excellent, bathroom super clean and shower was amazing.
The owners are super friendly and helpful. Felt very at home. Would definitely go again to Corfos Pearl.

What was the highlight of Corfos Pearl

Fully new, well equipped, and true to its description: I enjoyed my stay immensely!

I think I was one of the first guests, and in short: I had a great stay!
I didn’t bring many expectations: I booked even though there were no reviews, and the day I arrived they didn’t even have the name above the door (it did appear at some point during my stay, and nothing else about the property looked unfinished).
Everything is newly NEW: the furniture, new; the installations, new; the bed linen and towels, new; the air conditioning, a virgin breath of air when I arrived overheated and exhausted from travelling (although it is no longer virgin, I breathed the air before you, muahahaha!). The pictures are to be believed freely, no dodgy angles to hide anything. There is nothing to hide honestly, even the terrace is spacious and situated out of the wind. I didn’t have a car, but I was told if I hired one or a scooter I could park it right on the property just a few steps from my door.
I was greeted by very nice staff, had everything explained to me, and was given a cold bottle of water. (The room also had 2 bottles of water, coffee capsules for the nespresso machine, tea bags and a kettle.)
As for the surroundings: I was actually fairly pleased. This is no seaside property, as can be seen clearly from the map. Instead, it is located right in between two major beaches of very different character: the supremely windy Korfos beach due north where a lot of exciting looking kitesurfing is going down, and the more standard sandy expanse with sunbeds and beach bars in Ornos. (aside: I was also happy to find out about the sea transfer, boats going every hour to various beaches along the south coast. Would recommend!)
Aside from the beach situation, between the sea and the hotel I found an all-traveller’s-needs supermarket, a reasonably priced to-go café, a fine bakery (I ate so much pastry), and three or so stops where you can take the bus to the main town. The closest is around 100-ish metres from the hotel. Not to mention the various restaurants.

Negative: Negatives: hmm, I guess you have to lean forward in your seat to reach the toilet paper? I have no *actual* complaints, so this one will have to do.
Neutral: try this hotel if you are fine with walking 5 minutes to the beach, and you will be golden! (Side-note: every Greek island I have ever been to has had a remarkable lack of sidewalks of any kind, and Mykonos was no exception. So be aware that you will have to walk in the road.)
